特點(diǎn)

早強(qiáng)減水劑有一定的早強(qiáng)、減水、增強(qiáng)作用，屬自然養(yǎng)護(hù)外加劑。一般用于磚混結(jié)構(gòu)建筑物所有的混凝土。摻本劑的混凝土在常溫下成型7d后可以達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)號(hào)的70%以上。使用摻加本劑的混凝土澆筑圈梁、構(gòu)造柱、陽(yáng)臺(tái)、魚(yú)蓬等構(gòu)件強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)較快。后期和正負(fù)溫度交替(日最低氣溫不低于-5℃)環(huán)境中施工的有早強(qiáng)要求的普通混凝土、鋼筋混凝土和預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土工程。

用量與用法

1、摻量:水泥質(zhì)量的1.5%。每100kg水泥加本劑1小包(1.5kg)。

2、早強(qiáng)減水劑混凝土的攪拌和振搗方法，可與不摻外加劑的混凝土相同，粉劑加入攪拌機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)先與水泥、骨料干拌后再加水，攪拌時(shí)間不得少于3min。

3、采用自然養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)，應(yīng)用塑料薄膜覆蓋;低溫時(shí)，應(yīng)用保溫材料覆蓋。不能用于蒸養(yǎng)混凝土。

四、貯運(yùn)及包裝

1、塑料袋小包裝每包1.5kg，編織袋集裝大包裝。

2、本劑為粉狀。搬運(yùn)時(shí)嚴(yán)防破損。貯存時(shí)應(yīng)防潮。如有受潮結(jié)塊，應(yīng)粉碎并通過(guò)0.63mm的篩后方可使用。

3、貯存期:3年。

早強(qiáng)減水劑是以 β- 萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物為主要成份，并復(fù)合有增強(qiáng)組份的高效早強(qiáng)減水劑，它具有對(duì)水泥品種適應(yīng)性好，引氣量少等特點(diǎn)，減水增強(qiáng)效果顯著，早強(qiáng)作用尤為明顯，能提高混凝土抗凍性、抗?jié)B性和耐久性。產(chǎn)品符合混凝土外加劑國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

用途及摻量:

早強(qiáng)減水劑對(duì)鋼筋無(wú)銹蝕作用，無(wú)毒、無(wú)污染，可應(yīng)用于公路、橋染、港口碼頭，工業(yè)及民用建筑的鋼筋混凝土或預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，蒸養(yǎng)及自然養(yǎng)護(hù)的預(yù)制構(gòu)件等，也可用于氣溫不低于 – 5 ℃ 時(shí)的冬期施工。它的推薦量為水泥重量的 1.5% ，減水率 15% ， 3d 強(qiáng)度提高 100% ， 7d 強(qiáng)度提高 70% ， 28d 強(qiáng)度提高 40% ，混凝土坍落度可提高 2 ~ 3 倍，或節(jié)約水泥 10 ~ 15% 。

使用方法:

1 、高效早強(qiáng)減水劑為粉劑，使用時(shí)，可直接與水泥集料一起投入攪拌機(jī)進(jìn)行攪拌。

2 、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)存放于干燥處，若產(chǎn)品受潮結(jié)塊，應(yīng)用水化開(kāi)后使用。

Dosage and usage.

1. Dosage: 1.5% of cement quality. Add 1 small packet (1.5kg) of this agent for every 100kg of cement.

2, the mixing and vibration method of early strength water-reducing agent concrete can be the same as that of concrete without admixtures. When the powder is added to the mixer, it should be dry mixed with cement and aggregate before adding water, and the mixing time should not be less than 3min.

3, the use of natural conservation, plastic film cover; At low temperatures, cover with insulation material. Cannot be used for steaming concrete.

Storage, transportation and packaging

1, plastic bag small package 1.5kg, woven bag set large packaging.

2, this agent is powder. Prevent damage during handling. Store against moisture. If there are damp clumps, they should be crushed and passed through the 0.63mm screen before use.

3. Storage period :3 years.

Usage and dosage:

How to use:
